Honest answers to questions we usually get before a project starts.
How long does a website project usually take?
Depends on scope. Landing page in 2 weeks, marketing site in 4 weeks, web app MVP in 8 weeks. Custom projects we estimate after a discovery call. We hold timeline commitment — if changes happen, we inform well in advance.
How does payment work?
For sprint packages: 50% upfront as commitment, 50% on handoff. 2-instalment available. For custom projects, payment terms align with milestones. Payment via bank transfer or formal invoice.
Are revisions unlimited?
Not unlimited — we intentionally cap major revisions (2–3× per package) to protect timeline and quality. But minor adjustments (typo, color, small copy) remain free. We're open to scope re-discussion if new needs emerge.
Do you serve clients outside Semarang?
Yes, most of our clients are remote. Communication via WhatsApp, email, and video call (Google Meet/Zoom) per your preference. When possible, we can also visit in Jabodetabek + Central Java.
Are hosting + domain included?
For Marketing Site and Web App MVP packages, hosting + domain for 1 year are included. For Landing Page, we help set up but hosting/domain costs are on the client. After the first year, the client is free to choose any hosting service or continue with us.
What if the result doesn't meet expectations?
We use an iterative approach — there's a demo every week so feedback comes in early before everything is done. If it really doesn't fit early on, we refund 100% within the first 7 days (as long as design execution hasn't started). After that, pro-rata refund based on progress.
How do we communicate during the project?
We use WhatsApp for daily updates, Notion or Google Doc for scope + brief documentation, and a weekly video call (30 minutes) for demo + alignment. You pick the most comfortable mix. No complicated client portal to learn.
Can you provide long-term support after launch?
Yes. We offer monthly maintenance retainers for content updates, security patches, and small feature additions. Retainer details and pricing we discuss after the main project completes.
Do you work with formal contracts/SPK and BAST?
Yes. For institutional, university, and corporate clients we are ready to sign SPK (work order) at project start and issue BAST (handover acceptance) at delivery. Templates can adapt to your procurement documents.
Can you invoice under a registered company name with VAT?
Yes. PT Jagadhita Digital Nusantara issues formal invoices under our PT entity with NPWP and 11% VAT per regulation. Payment via bank transfer to the company account.
Is source code handed over to the client?
Yes. Once final payment clears, the complete source code is delivered via Git repository (your GitHub/GitLab) or compressed archive. Technical documentation, deployment credentials, and admin guide are included in the handoff package.
Can we sign an NDA?
Of course. For projects involving sensitive information (client data, internal systems, financial documents) we are ready to sign a mutual NDA before the discovery call. Template available from our side or yours.
Can you deploy to our own infrastructure?
Yes. We deploy across a range of infrastructure: client VPS (DigitalOcean, AWS, GCP, Azure), on-premise servers, or managed platforms (Vercel, Netlify). We also provide CI/CD setup documentation so your team can deploy independently.
